Return and refund Policy
Returns on any item(s) purchased from our website will be accepted with a full refund subject to the following conditions:
To initiate the Refund process please email us at info@swift-supplies.co.uk
1. Returns must be completed within 7 days of delivery
2. The item(s) must not be opened and must be in same condition as on arrival
3. The buyer must pay for the return postage for the items. We are unable to refund any postage costs (except in the case of a faulty product)
4. In order to claim for a refund for any damaged or faulty items Client MUST be contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Photographs of any damage must be sent to info@swift-supplies.co.uk
5. If the Client has changed their mind, or ordered the incorrect item or dimension, Courier costs will be deducted from the Total Amount of the customer and will not be refunded in the event of return of the goods.
6. There will be restock Fee of 25% on all Items.
Unfortunately, there are no refunds for cut lengths.
Any returns made the product has to be unused and in re-sellable condition and buyer has to pay return for postage.
